Objections to specifications must be filed in writing at least 96 hours before bid opening. any objections to specifications must be filed by a bidder, in writing, with the judicial purchasing agent at least ninetysix 96 hours before the time of bid opening.

Failure to provide required samples, incomplete submissions, or nonresponsive proposals can lead to rejection. failure to provide the required examples will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
