The US Embassy in Bogota, INL, is soliciting quotations for the acquisition of spray station elements. The place of performance is Bodega INL, Bogotα, Colombia. Quotes must be submitted via email no later than July 10, 2025, 4:00 PM local Bogotα time. The solicitation is competed under full and open competition. Complete submission instructions are in **** continuation pages, section 3 solicitation provisions, subsection iii addendum to FAR ****, item 2. 0. Questions must be received by the government no later than July 2, 2025, 4:00 PM local Bogotα time. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. The US government intends to award a purchase order if the responsive quote is technically acceptable and reasonably priced. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Delivery must be made within 30 days of the award. The items will be donated to the government of Colombia. Invoices must be submitted through the vendor portal. Payment will be made 30 days after receipt of the invoice. Inspection and acceptance of supplies will be made at destination by the contracting
officer or an authorized representative. The contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations of the host country (Colombia). The contractor must comply with all US export control laws and regulations. The contractor must procure all commodities in accordance with the requirements at 22 CFR part 228. The contractor must obtain prior written approval of the contracting
officer when procuring restricted goods. No payments will be made for unauthorized supplies or services. The contractor shall maintain satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity. All matters relating to duties and functions shall be kept confidential. Any written commitment by the contractor is limited to the quotation submitted by the contractor, and to specific written modifications to the quotation. Warranty, maintenance, and support must be provided in Colombia. The contractor must provide quality warranty for at least one year. All persons involved in the training and delivery of these items/services in Colombia must adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols in effect from the government of Colombia at the time of delivery or training. The contractor is responsible for all security measures. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
