Camp Sanitation Government Bids & RFPs

The submission of proposals is due by July 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

The selection criteria will be based on qualifications, approach, experience and references, and proposed costs.

The county shall issue a fine of $250 per day to the contractor for any solid waste not cleared off the receiving area or any other areas of the facility.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Happy Camp Airport Forest Service Conference Room, followed by a visit to the transfer station site.

The deadline to submit questions is July 7, 2026.

Any proposal that fails to meet the RFP's requirements will be regarded as nonresponsive and may be rejected. A proposal, which is in any way incomplete, irregular or conditional, at the county's discretion, may be rejected.

To be eligible for award under this request for quotation (RFQ), quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must furnish unique entity id, cage code and federal tax id number.
