Bids must be submitted on the bid form, mailed or delivered to the specified address by 3:00 PM local time on October 9th, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-quote conference and site visit is scheduled for September 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the ARRC general operations building. Contractor will have access to Arr 501 in Anchorage, AK carshop starting October 1st, 2025. All work must be completed no later than March 13th, 2026. Milestone inspections are required prior to starting subsequent work. Liquidated damages may be assessed for missed delivery dates. Additional documents required: supply bid form, cost schedule, subcontractor list, bidders questionnaire, appendix H (federal requirements). Questions must be submitted in written form prior to May 30th, 2025.

Sealed bids are solicited for the rental of a mobile MRI unit for 16 weeks, starting August 4, 2025, and ending November 14, 2025. Bids must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * by 11:00 AM CT on July 29, 2025. The unit must be fully functional by August 4, 2025. The supplier must provide onsite training and support for the initial setup by August 4, 2025, and ongoing support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM). 24/7 support is required in case of emergencies. Payment will be made weekly per standard LSU payment terms. Suppliers must be registered with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The mobile unit must also be registered with DEQ and maintain a reciprocity certificate for the duration of its time on the LSU campus. The equipment must be housed in a certified medical coach on LSU's campus. The unit must use dedicated power line with 150 amps and 480 volts of three-phase power. The equipment will be used for small animal treatment such as dogs and cats, though other appropriate sized species may also use it. The equipment must be compatible and able to upload images to AGFA EI for viewing and storage of images. The supplier must provide the following hardware and peripheral equipment: 1. 1. 5T echelon or equivalent superconducting mobile MRI with patient lift. 2. Coils necessary for scanning small animal brains. 3. The equipment must be housed in a certified medical coach on LSU's campus for the duration of use. 4. The supplier must be registered and up to date with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to conduct business in Louisiana. The mobile unit must also be registered with DEQ and maintain a reciprocity certificate for the duration of its time on the LSU campus. 5. Mobile unit must use dedicated power line with 150 amps and 480 volts of three-phase power. The equipment and unit are scheduled to be onsite from August 4, 2025 to November 14, 2025 during the installation of the new MRI unit, contingent upon no delays in the installation process of the new unit. The supplier must deliver equipment and mobile unit to LSU veterinary teaching hospital. The supplier must perform all necessary installations required for equipment and unit to successfully operate. Bid prices are to be quoted FOB LSU destination and inclusive of any and all applicable shipping and handling charges. All bids must be submitted electronically. The maximum email attachment size accepted is 125 MB. If the bid response is too large to be emailed as one document, the bid must be sent as separate documents. Each submittal should be labeled. This website is used in place of a paper form and must be accompanied with an IRS request for taxpayer identification number and certification form W9 or W8 if foreign to collect the required business and tax information that support the university's reporting and compliance requirements. Bids must be submitted on the LSU solicitation forms provided, and must be signed by an authorized agent of the supplier.
