Sealed bids are sought for the relocation of fiber distribution infrastructure. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 3, 2026, with an alternative on August 4, 2026. Award shall be made under unrestricted solicitations to the lowest, most responsivereasonable bid from a qualified economic enterprise or organization within the maximum total contract price established for the specific project or activity being solicited.
Contractors must be qualified and provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Office (TERO) if seeking Indian preference. The nation may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work. . .
Liquidated damages of **** per consecutive business day will be charged for project incompletion beyond the end date. Upon fifth 5th calendar day, contract will be fully revoked and action to invoke bonds will be started by the nation.

Failure to meet mandatory bid requirements or submitting bids after the deadline will result in disqualification. Any sealed bid received from a bidder who does not meet mandatory bid requirements will be returned, unopened.
