Interested and capable contractors must submit an electronic copy of their SF 330s, demonstrating specialized experience by citing projects of similar size and scope completed within the past seven years.

Submissions exceeding fifty pages will only have the first fifty pages evaluated. Larger emails than 20 MB may be rejected and considered nonresponsive.

The deadline for each assignment will be negotiated when the assignment begins, with a minimum five-business-day notice to start work on each project.

Surveying firms shall be paid on an hourly basis for actual hours expended at the billing rates contained in the fee schedule. Monthly invoices shall be based on actual hours utilized for work accepted by the city.

Proposals will be evaluated based on proposer qualifications and experience (30 pts), specific personnel experience (10 pts), references (10 pts), and fee proposal (50 pts).

Firms must have a Georgia licensed surveyor on staff with local city of Savannah experience, including experience with the site plan review process and local ordinances.

Failure to acknowledge addenda in the cover letter will result in proposals not being considered. Failure to provide required DBE information within three business days may be cause for the response to be deemed nonresponsive.
