Louisiana Tech University is seeking sealed bids for online on-demand streaming services for residential life. The contract period is September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with two one-year renewal options. Services include high-definition streaming of movies, TV programs, and educational content for approximately **** students. Bids are requested for three package types, and the university will award one package based on its best interest. Bids must be submitted by August 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Prices must be firm for at least 30 days from the bid opening date. Late bids will not be considered. The university is not responsible for courier delays.
Bids must be received at the address specified in the solicitation prior to bid opening time in order to be considered. Bids received after the due date and time will not be considered.
Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later.
The manufacturers standard warranty will apply unless otherwise stated in the solicitation.
The university will award only one of the above packages depending on what is in its best interest.
Vendors shall complete all pages of this invitation to bid, including the printed name and signature of the person submitting the quotation and pricing on the schedule of items page. Bids received without this information shall be deemed as nonresponsive.
Louisiana Tech University has the right to cancel any contract, in accordance with purchasing rules and regulations, including but not limited to: 1 failure to deliver within the time specified in the contract; 2 failure of the product or service to meet specifications, conform to sample quality or to be delivered in good condition; 3 misrepresentation by the vendor; 4 fraud, collusion, conspiracy or other unlawful means of obtaining any contract with the university; 5 conflict of contract provisions with constitutional or statutory provisions of state or federal law; 6 any other breach of contract.
If the bidder needs to submit a change, question, exception, or modification to any aspect of the bid specifications, terms, conditions, or bidder instructions, it must be done in written form submitted to the Louisiana Tech University Office of Purchasing prior to the bid opening date.
Failure to sign below in ink shall disqualify bid. Failure to comply with the request to enclose sufficient literature to determine compliance with specifications may eliminate your bid from consideration. Bids received without required information shall be deemed as nonresponsive.
