The City of Cleveland is requesting bids for roofing materials and related supplies. Bidders must have all items in stock and available for immediate pickup or delivery. All bids must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * by September 23, 2025, 3:00 PM. The bid documents must include the document ID number and buyer's name in the email subject line, a PDF file of the request for bid form, terms and conditions, a Northern Ireland affidavit, and a wage theft form. The contract will be awarded to a single best bidder, based on a market basket of 1 each of each item plus 200 miscellaneous items. The ability to provide all listed items as per the terms and conditions can be considered in making the award. All charges for shipping must be included within the unit price of each quote unless otherwise designated by a separate line item with a specified dollar amount inclusive of all shipping charges. No freight charges will be considered nor processed for payment unless part of the original quote submitted prior to bid award. Bidders must address all questions to the buyer. The Northern Ireland affidavit must be completed, signed, and included with each bid. If not submitted with the bid, it must be completed and submitted to the commissioner of purchases and supplies prior to any contract being awarded. Bidders on certain city contracts, recipients of assistance, and any of their prospective subcontractors must disclose any wage theft or payroll fraud violations over the last three years. This micro purchase will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The seller must quote all items to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by the department. Consent and authorization agreement is required and must be submitted electronically. The City reserves the right to waive or permit cure of nonmaterial variances in the offer if, in the judgment of the City, it is in the City's best interest to do so. The determination of materiality is in the sole discretion of the City.
