The JCLC STEM Leadership Academy is scheduled to take place from May 31 to June 5, 2026, with equipment delivery on May 26, setup on May 27, and professional development on May ****, 2026.

The contractor shall be a regionally accredited public institution with an established history of working with STEM-related activities. Contractor personnel cannot have a criminal history where an individual was convicted of a felony offense. The contractor shall provide at least 10 upper-level college STEM, engineering, or environmental students to coach, mentor, and guide cadets.

The penalty for non-compliance with limitations on subcontracting is the greater of $500k or the dollar amount spent in excess of permitted levels by the entity on subcontractors.
