Removal and replacement of a floating pier in Gaeta, Italy. The work must be completed in FY26 and maintain harbor capacity for 4 boats during removal and installation. The new pier will accommodate 5 boat slips. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 11, 2026. Questions are due by August 12, 2026. Quotes must be submitted electronically by August 17, 2026. Work must be completed in FY26. The period of performance is from August 31, 2026, to December 29, 2026. Work to remove currently floating pier and install new floating pier shall not exceed 120 calendar days from starting date. Work must be completed within fy26.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. They must also comply with Italian antimafia legislation and provide a self-certification. Past performance will be evaluated based on SAM registration, absence of exclusions, and SPRS score. The quoter shall be registered in the system for award management sam database prior to award of the contract.
