Quoted comparable substitute must be interchangeable with current shelving. Shelving must be gray and able to hold at a minimum of 310 pounds. Vendor shall assume all costs, provide all materials and labor to transport, assemble, and install shelving to manufacturers specifications on site. Any unused materials will remain on site as property of Kentucky Department of Libraries and Archives ( KDLA). 428 units, 15 shelves high each ( 16 feet) shelves 42W X 30D Description t t t tQty Double Faced Integral Back Shelving - **** Side braces - **** Back braces - **** L- shaped posts - 856 Beaded posts ( full height) - 856 Clip Sets - **** Column Protectors ( if the ones we have remaining from previous builds are not suitable) - 30 The Vendor or the Vendors freight handler, without fail, will contact KDLA three or more days in advance of the delivery, via email and telephone ( contact information shall be provided after award), to ensure that KDLA staff are available and on site to facilitate vendors unloading, assembly, and installation of the shelving.
