Site is approx. 1. 16 acres. Includes site and offsite work: site structures, storm water systems, utilities, landscaping, paving, frontage improvements, and additional work as identified in contract documents. Substantial completion: 426 calendar days after notice to proceed. Final completion: 45 calendar days after substantial completion. 2. VRFA Administrative Headquarters portion: approx. 18, 400 sq. ft. remodeling of an existing medical office building, including extensive demolition and repartitioning of spaces. Includes exterior envelope improvements and site work at the perimeter and two parking lots. Includes bid alternates and additional work as identified in contract documents.
