Latest US Corrugated Sheet Contracts & Bids

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the procurement of packing and gasket materials. The solicitation is for two items with specific packaging requirements. Quotes are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR **** with their quote. Additional information, including a letter from the OEM verifying the offeror is an authorized distributor, is required. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SAM. The NAICS code is **** and the business size standard is 1,500. Substitute parts are not acceptable. The government intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government. The award will be lowest price technically acceptable. The Coast Guard intends to award a firm fixed price contract.

The tender seeks proposals for the supply and delivery of electrical copper cable and wire to Mountain Home AFB, ID. The estimated delivery date is mid-July 2025, with delivery within 30 days of contract award. Proposals must state the estimated lead time and expected delivery date. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, labor, management, materials, tools, parts, equipment, shipping, delivery, transportation, and any other items or services necessary. Military installation requirements include cleaning up any debris, reporting issues, following security procedures, and providing required documents in a timely manner. Security requirements are extensive and include personnel security clearances, background checks, protecting government property, safeguarding information, and compliance with various regulations. The contractor must notify the security office 30 days prior to operations, or within 72 hours if the contract starts within 30 days. The contractor must maintain a list of all employees, and the contracting officer representative will validate and sign the list. The contractor is responsible for safeguarding government property and retrieving identification items from departing employees. The contractor must comply with various security regulations, including anti-terrorism training. Installation access may be restricted at any time for emergency actions, exercises, or increased installation security. The contractor is responsible for the well-being of their workers and must provide a supervisor who is fluent in English and has sufficient technical knowledge.
