If the contractor fails to perform in a manner satisfactory to the Contracting Officer, this task order may be canceled with thirty days written notice. Failure to conform to the transition period shall be considered sufficient cause to terminate the task order for cause.

Failure to comply with contractor personnel security requirements may result in termination of the contract for default.
