Delivery shall be made no later than sixteen (16) weeks after receipt of the purchase order, unless otherwise approved in writing by the procurement officer. The sixteen-week delivery period includes tank molding, fitting layout, preparation and approval of drawings, production, and acquisition of any required transportation permits.

To be eligible for award, you must have the capability in all respects to perform fully the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance. If the state terminates this contract in whole or in part, it may acquire supplies or services similar to those terminated, and the contractor will be liable to the state for any excess costs for those supplies or services.
