Henry County Water Authority (HCWA) seeks bids for exterior painting of the Bear Creek Press Building and Bear Creek Operations Building. Contractor qualifications include a minimum of five years of commercial painting experience, being licensed to work in Georgia, maintaining general liability and workers compensation insurance, and providing three references for similar completed projects.
The contractor shall pay HCWA the sum of **** per day for each calendar day of unexcused delay in achieving substantial completion, and $1,**** per day for each calendar day of unexcused delay in achieving final completion.
A pre-bid non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled for August 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST.

Communications with any person other than Gene Smith may result in the rejection of your bid. Unauthorized contact with HCWA staff or officials may disqualify the bidder. Errors in math on the bid form are grounds to deem a bid nonresponsive and reject the bid.
