This is a request for spare parts rebuilds for cvi cryopump equipment. No substitutions or alternate part numbers are allowed. Only phpk is authorized to supply and rebuild cvi equipment. Additional details are available in a Statement of Work (SOW) and Capability Statement.

The tender requires the replacement of 39 HVAC compressors in 37 buildings at the Land Dominance Center, Fort Stewart, GA. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and perform all operations. The work must be completed within 45 days of notification. The contractor is responsible for the protection of adjacent surfaces, cleanup, and disposal of materials. A one-year warranty for materials and workmanship is required, and a five-year warranty for compressors. The contractor must designate a contract manager (CM) and an alternate, and provide daily progress reports to the point of contact (POC). The contractor must comply with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures. Electrical power is available at each unit. All work must be performed to current HVAC industry standards and with licensed technicians. The contractor must provide an on-site superintendent during the project. Work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Extended hours and/or weekends may be allowed with permission from the government POC.
