Weekly Rental Government Bids & RFPs

The bid is for uniform rental and cleaning services for the Clark County Department of Aviation. Bids must be submitted through the NGEM system by March 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM PT. Attendance at the bid opening is not required. Disclosure forms must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of owner request. Subcontractor information must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of owner request. Sole proprietor affidavit must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of owner request, if applicable.

The contractor must furnish all labor and materials to provide laundered dry mop heads, associated products, and laundered entrance mats. Services must be performed between 7:00 a. m. and 5:00 p. m. , Monday through Friday. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th day of each month. Payment will be made in 30 or fewer days from receipt of goods or services and an uncontested invoice.

The solicitation is for crane support services, including rental of 40-ton and **** ton cranes, with certified operators and riggers, at various locations within the MCAGCC Twentynine Palms installation. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. Quotes are due by March 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM PT. The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation process will proceed as follows: first, the quotes will be ranked in order from lowest to highest based on the price. The lowest priced quotation will then be evaluated and receive a rating of acceptable or unacceptable based on the criteria below. In order to be rated as acceptable, the technical quote must meet the governments minimum requirements as described in the schedule, the **** provision, and this **** addendum provision. Quotes deemed unacceptable are those that fail to meet the governments minimum requirements. Past performance will then be evaluated and assigned a rating of acceptable or unacceptable. In order to be rated as acceptable, the past performance must present either a reasonable expectation that the quoter will successfully perform the required effort or that the quoters performance record is unknown. If the lowest priced quoters technical quote and past performance are rated acceptable, the government will then evaluate pricing to determine fair and reasonableness per far **** the lowest priced quotation is evaluated to have an acceptable technical quote, acceptable past performance, and fair and reasonable prices, per far ****, the government will complete a responsibility determination iaw the criteria specified in far **** found responsible, the government may stop the evaluation process at this point as that quote represents the best value to the government. Award shall be made to that quoter without further consideration of any other quotes. If the lowest priced quotation is assigned an unacceptable rating either technical or past performance, or if the price is determined not fair and reasonable or if the quoter is found to be nonresponsible, the next lowest priced quote will be evaluated. This process will continue in ascending order until a quoter is evaluated to have an acceptable technical rating, an acceptable past performance rating, fair and reasonable prices and the quoter is deemed responsible or until all offers have been evaluated. The government reserves the right to evaluate all quotes.

The notice is a sources sought announcement for market research to identify qualified service disabled veteran owned small businesses and veteran owned small businesses for trash pickup service. Responses must be submitted by March 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. The provider will furnish one 1 8-yard general waste container for general non-hazardous waste, with weekly pickup and servicing of the container totaling 52 pickups per year.
