Project to reconfigure water park entry and exit fencing to improve customer flow and access. Includes removal of existing fence and gate structures and installation of new, durable, and tamper-resistant gates and fencing. Proposals due August 31, 2026. Mandatory submission requirements include signed cover sheet, noncollusion certificate, cover letter, proposal narrative, licenses, insurance, W9, references, product data sheets, samples/finish representations, and project schedule. Minimum one-year warranty on labor and workmanship required. Work includes temporary fencing, removal of existing fencing, surface-mounted post installation, concrete core patching, new gate installation (front entry, double-swing, exit), and ensuring fencing alignment and appearance. Evaluation criteria include experience, safety code compliance, price, material compatibility, and project timeline.
Proposals must be uploaded to the Rocky Mountain e-Purchasing System, Bidnet, by August 31, 2026, 5:00 PM MT.
The contractor shall provide a minimum one-year warranty on all labor and workmanship from the date of final acceptance by the City. Manufacturer warranties on all fencing panels, gate components, and hardware will be passed through to the City.
Proposals will be evaluated based on experience qualifications (25 points), safety code compliance (25 points), price (25 points), material compatibility and product quality (15 points), and project timeline (10 points).
Vendors will be evaluated on their demonstrated experience performing comparable fencing installation and removal projects, safety code compliance, material compatibility, and project timeline. Proposals must meet all mandatory qualification requirements.
A pre-proposal conference is optional and scheduled for August 11, 2026, at 9 AM at the Great Outdoors Water Park.
Samples or finish representations demonstrating consistency with the existing Ameristar Montage Plus Classic model ornamental steel fencing are required.
Protests must be submitted in writing to the City's Finance Department within seven (7) working days after the aggrieved person knows, or should have known, of the facts giving rise thereto. Challenges to solicitation requirements should be made within seven (7) working days of when the protestable item is known.
Failure to meet mandatory submission requirements, late proposals, or failure to accept contractual obligations may result in disqualification or cancellation of award.
