The Housing Authority of Plainfield is seeking architectural and engineering services for a period of one year. Firms/individuals must be licensed in New Jersey, have professional errors and omissions insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage, and 10 years of experience in similar work. Proposals, including one original and two copies, must be delivered to the administration office at 510 East Front Street, Plainfield, NJ **** by 11:00 a. m. on July 23, 2025. Proposals will be evaluated, rated, and ranked according to criteria outlined in the proposals. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and choose the best qualified candidate. The authority must comply with PL **** c. 127, affirmative action, and equal employment laws.

The project involves the remodeling of a greenhouse. The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to remodel the subject greenhouse structure and building components. All work must be accomplished by certified technicians and in accordance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations. A pre-bid site visit is encouraged. The completion of the project must not exceed 60 calendar days from the date of contract award. The contractor must prepare an overall project schedule including milestone dates for all phases of work and completion date and submit to the COR for approval. This schedule is due fourteen (14) days after contract award. The contractor must obtain all building and trade permits. A site safety specific plan/accident prevention plan is required within seven (7) days of contract award. The government will inspect and approve the work performed. The contractor must schedule inspection a minimum of three (3) days in advance, in writing, to the COR and CO. The contract is anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be a 100% total small business set aside. The solicitation will be a request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR part 15 contracting by negotiation and FAR part 36 construction contracts. The anticipated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

The County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed contractors for as-needed thermoform PVC pipe lining services throughout El Dorado County. Firms must demonstrate experience in providing these services and meet qualifications outlined in the RFQ. A qualified list of contractors will be established and valid for three years. The County will solicit informal submittals from at least two respondents on the qualified list for specific tasks and negotiate contracts based on experience, workload, and other relevant criteria. Bid due date is 06/24/2025 3:00 PM PDT. Response format is electronic and paper. Attachments include requirements for response file, staff qualifications, firm experience, project management, and references. The award will be a lump sum.
