The FAA is considering a competitive award strategy focusing on base contract year pricing, with past performance potentially prioritized over the lowest price. Currently, past performance is contemplated to be slightly more important than price.

The FAA is seeking confirmation from interested offerors who can meet the draft recency and relevancy criteria: possess at least three examples of past performance, similar in scope (acquisition support services), each example completed or ongoing within the last seven years, and each example valued at $10 million or higher, with annual reporting with performance ratings found in CPARS.
