Invoices shall be submitted in accordance with contract terms via the invoice processing platform ipp and shall reference the associated purchase order, contract number, and specific deliverables completed.

The contractor shall provide a minimum xyear warranty covering parts, labor, and software updates.

1st year warranty included for several items, and 2 year premium care warranty included for others. For item ****, 2 year premium care warranty included.
