This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase and installation of multiple components on a 2024 Ram **** acquisition procedures will be used. Quotes are requested via email or fax. Repairs will be completed in accordance with industry standards. Vendors shall be following all EPA and OSHA standards and requirements. SDS and any other required documents must be on site. Vendors must be properly insured to cover any losses for GSA vehicles that are in their shop. Valid business licenses are required in accordance with state and local guidelines. The contractor must replace two inoperable engines with new government-provided engines on a **** Boston Whaler, model 27, and repair the boat trailer. The work will be performed at the contractor's facility. The government will transport the boat, engines, and trailer to the contractor's facility if located in Nevada, Arizona, or California; otherwise, the contractor must arrange pickup. A 30-day period of performance is required, starting from contract award. Final inspections and operational testing must be completed within 30 days of contract award. The contractor will transport the boat and trailer to Lake Mead or another agreed-upon body of water for operational testing. A joint inspection and one-hour operational water test will be conducted at the contractor's facility (in NV, AZ, or CA) or at Lake Mead (after coordination with the POC). If the testing is not satisfactory, the government will identify specific issues for rework or correction. All work must meet industry standards and manufacturers' specifications.
