Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The Woodsbend Youth Development Center ( YDC) is a school and boarding facility owned and operated by the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, Department for Juvenile Justice, located at 163 Woodsbend Boys Camp Rd, West Liberty, KY **** constructed in the **** and since had various additions and renovations, the main building covering approximately 15, 500 sq ft serves as a housing unit, dining facility, and administrative offices. The current mechanical system in this building is a water- source heat pump loop with a cooling tower and electric boiler. This system was installed in the **** and is no longer functionally in- line with the needs of the facility. This project is the complete mechanical renovation of the Woodsbend Youth Development Center main building. Primary scope of work includes demolition of the existing water source heat pump system along with piping, cooling tower, pumps and electric boiler and replacing this system with a various zones of packaged and split system direct expansion units.
