All OEM parts supplied shall carry the standard manufacturers warranty and/or a warranty for a period of one year. The county will implement both warranties for whichever warranty is greater. all original equipment manufacturer hereinafter referred to as o. e. m. parts supplied for this contract shall carry the standard manufacturers warranty andor a warranty for a period of one 1 year.

All components shall be warranted as stated in Appendix A. The offeror shall state the length and terms of the manufacturer's warranties in response to the solicitation. The warranties shall become part of the contract or delivery order. The required warranties are defined in the table as C, the manufacturer's commercial warranty; L, manufacturer's lifetime warranty; N, no warranty.
