Bids must be submitted by August 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Deliveries shall be made between the hours of 9:00 a. m. and 3:00 p. m. , Monday through Friday.

Payment will be made only after the satisfactory delivery and acceptance of the items identified on the applicable purchase order.

The successful bidder warrants that all products furnished under this contract shall be new, free from defects, and shall conform in every respect to the specifications, accepted standards of quality, workmanship, materials, and performance.

The contract may be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is determined to be in the best interest of Greenwich Public Schools.

Greenwich Public Schools reserves the right to investigate the qualifications, financial responsibility, experience, resources, and capability of any bidder to determine its ability to satisfactorily perform the contract.

Failure to deliver within the agreed-upon timeframe or failure to completely fulfill purchase orders may constitute a breach of contract and may result in termination of the contract.

Bids which are incomplete, obscure, or conditional, and which contain irregularities of any kind, will be subject to rejection for failure to comply strictly with these conditions. Any false statement, omission, or material misrepresentation contained in a bid may be grounds for rejection of the bid, disqualification of the bidder, termination of any resulting contract.

Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM CT on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

Invoices will be reviewed and submitted to the district board for payment approval and typically paid within 30 days of receipt. Depending on the next scheduled board meeting and the agenda deadline, it may take up to 60 days to remit payment.

Proposals will be evaluated based on a combination of technical and cost evaluations. The proposal with the lowest cost bid will generally receive the highest score for the evaluation of cost.

Offerors must be qualified individuals and organizations capable of furnishing the described goods and services.

Proposals received after the submission deadline will be disqualified. Failure to supply required products will result in disqualification.

Providers must be qualified and responsive. mps is seeking qualified providers of world drumming instruction and vendors with responsive proposals.

Attempting to contact MPS outside the Bonfire messaging system will be grounds for disqualification. any attempts to contact mps by any other means regarding this request will be grounds for disqualification.

The response deadline is June 30, 2030, at 12:00 AM CT.

All proposers must agree to fully warrant and guarantee all information in its response.

Awards will be based on the respondents submittal meeting the requirements established herein. It is not the policy of the district to purchase on the basis of low bids alone. In evaluating bids submitted and per the Texas Education Code ****, the following considerations shall be taken into account to determine the best value for the district: The purchase price, the reputation of the vendor and of the vendors goods or services, the quality of the vendors goods or services, the extent to which the goods or services meet the districts needs, the vendors past relationship with the district, the impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses, the total longterm cost to the district to acquire the vendors goods or services and any other relevant factor specifically listed in the request for bids and proposals.

Any attempt by vendors during the proposal process to contact SISD personnel may result in disqualification. Any proposal received later than the specified time shall be disqualified.
