Shipping Box Government Bids & RFPs

Bids are due by 2 PM local time on July 29, 2026.

Payment will be processed with select contract release forms and vendor invoice.

The municipality requires a one-year warranty from the date of acceptance to correct any failure or defect in material and workmanship at no additional cost.

The award shall be made in whole to the most responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal meets the specifications, terms, and conditions of this invitation for bid, and whose bid is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Syracuse.

Bidders must be skilled and regularly engaged in the class of work bid for, and if required, must submit satisfactory evidence of mechanical facilities and financial ability to do the work within the agreed time and in accordance with all the requirements of the contract.

Failure to deliver as guaranteed may result in termination of the contract and disqualification from receiving contracts for at least two years.

Samples are required to be furnished by the bidder at the request of the purchasing director. Samples are to be furnished at no cost to the municipalityies. Samples will be returned only at the cost of the bidder.

Failure to fill in and sign required pages may result in disqualification of your bid. Failure to deliver as guaranteed may result in disqualification from receiving contracts for at least two years.

Offers must be submitted by 8 am EDT on July 13, 2026.

Award will be made for the technically acceptable item or combination of technically acceptable items that result in the lowest aggregate price to the government.

Offerors must provide the required documents outlined in **** Instructions to Offerors, including a technical capability statement and past performance examples.

Failure to provide all required documents by the closing date and time shall preclude a quote from award consideration.
