This is a pre-solicitation notice for a firm fixed price construction contract to replace the perimeter fence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, NJ. The solicitation (****) will be available on or about May 26, 2025, exclusively on SAM. gov. Interested parties must be registered on SAM. gov and meet the small business size standard of 19 million. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside. All secure documents require an active SAM. gov vendor registration and a valid Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN). Bidders must double-check and update their SAM. gov registration, including size metrics information, to ensure qualification. The performance period is 924 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed.

Vendors must meet all specifications or better. Install anticlimb chain link fences with additional support for barbed wire and razor wire at two locations. Include caged enclosures and sallyports. Fabricate and install swing gates. Removal and disposal of existing fences included. Vendor employees must pass a security background check prior to entry. Social security numbers, date of birth, and full name must be provided. Background check application and consent to search forms must be emailed to ***@***. *. * no later than Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Site inspection is on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 8:00 AM. Vendor shall provide an itemized breakdown specific to each location. All bids, including attachments, must be submitted on the hiepro by the deadline. WCCC is not responsible for overtime pay. Awarded vendor will provide warranty specifications.

ALL INVOICES AND CORRESPONDENCE SHALL BE ADDRESSED TO THE ATTENTION OF JAMEE MASCORRO, PROJECT MANAGER. A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK. THE PORT AUTHORITY MAY AT ITS OPTION, CANCEL THIS PURCHASE ORDER AT ANY TIME AND PAY THE CONSULTANT FOR ACTUAL SERVICES PERFORMED BASED ON THE WORK PERFORMED UP UNTIL RECEIPT OF SUCH WRITTEN NOTICE.
