This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Inspired Flight 800 drone with Gryfn Gobi sensing payload, or comparable. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The USDA ARS in Madison, WI requires a turnkey, flight-ready unmanned aerial system (UAS) integrated with a specialized multimodal sensor payload. The estimated lead time or delivery date needs to be provided with the quote.
The government intends to make one award based on best value to the government, considering price and technical capability. The government reserves the right to select a quote that represents a superior technical solution, even if it is not the lowest priced.

Technical documentation: provide descriptive material brochures data sheets and a meets does not meet document for the minimum specifications. If quoting a different make model than requested, the meets does not meet document must clearly list the governments required specifications side by side with the offered systems technical specifications.
