The requested completion time for this job is 60 days after po is issued and must be completed by the end of november 2026.

Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt of products in satisfactory condition, or within 30 days from receipt of invoice, whichever is later.

The bid shall be awarded on the basis of responsive, lowest total cost, qualified bidder, and/or earliest delivery date, if applicable, as determined by the college.

Bidders must be in business of selling and installing the requested items or similar supplies and/or engaged on a regular basis in performing work of a similar scope and nature with a minimum of five 5 years successful experience.

A nonmandatory prebid jobsite visit is not required however, it is strongly recommended that bidders attend the jobsite visit to ascertain the scope of the work to be perform.

The bidder agrees to furnish specific samples as applicable, either for approval or equivalency examination upon request by the college.

Failure to provide all forms shall result in immediate rejection of the bid.

Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on August 28, 2026, and will not be accepted after the due date.

Payments for institutional accounts and financial aid voucher settlements must align with financial aid disbursement timelines, net 60 days or sooner post drop-add without interest penalties.

Award will be made to the vendor who best meets the needs and objectives of the college community, considering factors such as vendor's record of performance, conformance to RFP specifications, response to college objectives, pricing, service aspects, financial return, customer relations, personnel, creativity, and technology plan.

The vendor shall be knowledgeable about changing college bookstore trends, new technologies, legislation, marketing ideas, and merchandise. A detailed description of the vendor's background, experience, and qualifications to operate a college or university bookstore is required, including a list of three college/university references.

If the vendor fails to meet agreed-upon delivery dates, they must provide immediate, temporary digital access at no charge, cover expedited shipping, and apply a mandatory discount or be penalized for delayed inventory.

A virtual mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 10. The document also mentions presentations onsite on September 16.

The college reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if they are judged unacceptable in its sole discretion.
