The city shall pay the contractor for services rendered under this contract in accordance with the amounts set forth in the contractor's bid price form. The city may withhold any payment if the contractor fails to perform its obligations or is in default. No payment made shall constitute final acceptance or approval.

The bidder guarantees all equipment, materials, and workmanship for a period of 1 year after final inspection and acceptance, and shall promptly replace any defective items without additional cost to the city.

Contractors must be responsive and responsible vendors, possess a complete understanding of bid documentation, be familiar with designated municipal properties, and provide comprehensive evidence of their certified capacity to fulfill all contractual obligations.

The award will be made to the offeror who provides the best value to the government, based on management, facility capacity, technical approach, past performance, specialized experience, and price/cost.

Offerors must be currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and have a current Unique Entity ID (UEI) number. The facility must be fully operational at the time of award.

The government reserves the right to award with or without a site visit to the contractor's facility.
