The evaluation committee will seek to identify those contractors that best conform to the needs defined in this rfq and prove most advantageous to the state of colorado, price and other factors considered. The program administrator shall bill the town monthly for services provided, clearly distinguishing between what has been paid in rental assistance and administration fees. payment of approved invoices shall be remitted within thirty 30 days.
