This Request for Information (RFI) seeks potential range facilities and support for multi-domain operations for the Tactical Air Control Party Modernization Program (TACPM). Direct delivery to a specific building is required. The government will not pay for information received. Responses must be five pages or less and include company profile, product specifications, lead time, small business status, and other relevant information. The acquisition may be solicited as a small business set aside if at least two qualified small businesses can fulfill the requirement.

This RFI seeks information from qualified vendors for financial management business transformation technology product management support services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responses are not offers and cannot be accepted to form a binding contract. Vendors must provide company information, business size and status, NAICS code, and experience in similar support roles. The deadline for submission is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on July 8, 2025, via email to the specified contacts. Responses must not exceed 15 pages. The government is not responsible for any costs incurred by vendors in providing this information.

The contract requires personnel to perform systems engineering research and development for the Space Systems Development Department (SSDD) in various areas, including maritime domain awareness, multi-int tracking, data analysis, cloud technology, software development, infrastructure, and information assurance. Offerors must submit their proposals via DOD Safe to the points of contact listed in the solicitation. Additional documents may be required, and the government will inform the contractor. Contractor personnel must have a favorably completed DOD investigation and a final DOD granted Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility at the time of proposal submission for tasks requiring such personnel.

Offerors must submit their proposals via DOD Safe to the points of contact listed in the solicitation. Additional documents may be required, and the government will inform the contractor and provide one copy as necessary. Contractor personnel must possess a favorably completed DOD investigation and a final DOD granted Top Secret security clearance with the eligibility of SCI at the time of proposal submission for all tasks that require personnel with Top Secret with SCI eligibility, and maintain that level of classified access for the life of the contract.
