The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, intends to award multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for direct patient care supplies. The anticipated period of performance is from the date of award to September 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Interested vendors must submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact via email no later than September 2, 2025. No further awards will be made unless the need for the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes.

This RFQ seeks pricing for a unify hipath system and consoles, including 12 console stations, for the command post and wing operation center. The system must integrate with various radio types and have voice recording capabilities. The system must support multiple lines, programmable hot keys, and mass updates. Phone patching, line sharing, and call hold/pickup features are required. A recording system with 1-year storage is needed. Onsite technical support with a 24-hour response time is required. The quote must remain valid until September 30, 2025, and the government reserves the right to cancel before that date. The contractor will deliver components, network, and hardware to Yokota and install the new system at buildings 315 and **** on Yokota Air Base.

The deadline for submitting requests for clarifications/substitutions is August 20, 2025. The last day to issue addenda is August 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM HST. The deadline for offers is August 28, 2025. The offeror must have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing the types of services specified in Appendix A: Scope of Work. A statement of qualifications (SOQ) with references from clients of comparable size and scope, with work similar to or identical to that of a government agency, must be submitted. The offeror must be certified as a full-service Intelligent Mail barcode (IMB) mailer and provide documentation of current certification. All offers must be signed in ink and submitted to the address specified above by the deadline stated in the schedule of events. Offers submitted via email or electronically shall be rejected. The successful offeror shall be registered as compliant on the State of Hawaii Compliance Express system (vendors. ehawaii. gov) or submit the required tax clearances from the State Department of Taxation and Internal Revenue Service, the certificate of compliance with the State Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, and the certificate of good standing with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Business Registration Division. Failure to provide proof of compliance will result in the rejection of the offer. The contract term is for 12 months, starting on September 8, 2025, or upon contract execution date, whichever is later. The contract may be extended on a month-to-month or term basis, not to exceed a 12-month extension at a time, for an additional period or periods not to exceed a total of 48 months. The city reserves the right to request cost data to conduct a cost analysis. The city shall award a contract to the responsive, responsible offeror with the lowest total sum bid. The city will only consider an offer with pricing on all items listed. The award is subject to the availability of funding. The Hawaii Printing, Binding, and Stationery Work Preference (HRS **** and HAR **** subchapter 2) applies. The city will place orders with the contractor as needed. The city will initiate work by delivery order (DO) or P-card credit card. The contractor shall accept payment by credit card transaction. The quantities listed in Appendix C: Pricing Certifications are only estimates. The exact quantity shall be the actual amount ordered by the city during the term of the contract.

The Town of Marblehead is seeking bids for the **** Transfer Station Redesign Construction Project. Bids are due by 1 PM on September 3, 2025. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on August 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at 5 Woodfin Terrace, Marblehead, MA. Bid documents are available electronically through ProjectDog.
