The anticipated period of performance is 1 year after award.

Payment will be via ipp. gov upon delivery.

The contractor shall have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of experience within their specialty, possess a current, valid, active, unrestricted license to practice social work independently, and provide documentation of completion of a social work supervision period. Current basic life support (BLS) is mandatory.

Substantiated reports written by any customer dealing with patient safety, inappropriate behavior, or any procedures that adversely affect patient outcome constitutes a breach of contract.
