The State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is seeking proposals for behavioral health nutrition services. The deadline for questions is January 22, 2026, and the deadline for receipt of proposals is March 05, 2026. The contract will be for one year with four optional extensions. The state reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Vendors must provide a detailed response to the scope of work and meet the minimum requirements. The evaluation team will assess proposals based on experience, capacity, program design, and pricing. The state will not pay for any costs incurred by vendors associated with responding to the solicitation.
