Evaluation considerations include purchase price (25 points), reputation (10 points), quality of goods or services (20 points), extent to which goods or services meet district needs (25 points), past relationship with the district (10 points), and total long-term cost (10 points). in evaluating proposal responses, the following considerations will be taken into account for qualification recommendations: 1 the purchase price market price, hourly rate, emergency rates 25 points2 the reputation of the vendor and of the vendorrsquos goods or services services and references of like sized school district 10 points3 the quality of the vendorrsquos goods or services 20 points4 the extent to which the goods or services meet the districtrsquos needs 25 points5 the vendorsrsquo past relationship with the district 10 points6 the total longterm cost to the district to acquire the vendorrsquos goods or services 10 points

Vendors must be qualified and established firms regularly providing the products/services requested, with adequate staff.
