The City of Santa Clarita is seeking proposals for temporary hydrogen mobile refueling services to support its transit fleet's initial seven hydrogen fuel cell electric bus rollout. Proposers must offer a comprehensive, all-inclusive mobile refueling solution. Vendors must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions. The City reserves the right to inspect goods. Title and risk of loss remain with the vendor until delivery. Vendors warrant goods are free from defects, new, and conform to specifications. The City may terminate the agreement if gratuities are offered to city employees. Insurance is required for service solicitations, including general liability, auto liability, and workers' compensation. A one-year guarantee against defective materials and workmanship is required. Protest procedures are outlined for both solicitation and bid protests, with specific deadlines and formats.
Payment shall be made on the pay period after receipt and acceptance of goods and/or services and upon using department confirmation of such acceptance.

When deemed necessary by the City, an onsite inspection date and time will be so designated. The vendor is responsible for inspecting and understanding the total scope of the projects i. e. , specifications, quality, and quantity of work to be performed.
