The ordering period for this BPA is from 28 September 2026 through 30 March 2031.

Invoices shall be submitted once monthly for all deliveries made during a billing period.

The government shall establish a BPA resulting from this RFQ with the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, represents the lowest price technically acceptable offer.

To be considered for award, bidders must submit a comprehensive response which includes all required information and documentation as outlined in this IFB to ensure the bidder meets all requirements, possesses the required experience and qualifications, and has the capacity to provide the goods and/or services described in this IFB.
