Bids will be opened and read publicly on July 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern. Delivery of items shall be made to Fire Station 1, **** Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC ****.

This must be completed prior to approval of the contract award, and within seven calendar days of the request, at no additional cost to the airport.

Failure to provide samples of embroidery and patches to the level of quality and workmanship expected by ARFF may be cause for the low offeror to be rejected from award consideration.

The services shall not exceed budgeted amount $80,000.

The manufacturer of the protective clothing shall be certified according to ISO ****, ISO **** and ISO ****.
