The awarded vendor shall submit one final invoice after the completion of all deliverables, and the awarded vendor shall be equipped to accept state purchase orders as forms of payment, according to the bid notice.
The awarded vendor must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the project's purpose and scope, possess necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience, cite previous experience in conducting statewide conferences and working with midwives and perinatal healthcare providers, have procedures for intrastate and out-of-state travel reimbursement, have a minimum of five years of experience working with Hawaii state agencies, and provide evidence of being a nonprofit organization registered as a vendor in the state of Hawaii and residing in the state of Hawaii, as detailed in the bid notice.
