This is a request for proposal (RFP) for national defense R&D services. Amendments have been issued to update the submittal date and add attachments. Questions must be submitted to the contracting officer and contract specialist by May 23, 2025, with Starfish Call 014 in the subject line. The opportunity was reopened as a one-step call.
