The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to Skidcar Systems Inc. for the conversion of a **** Ford F350 skidcar system to a **** Ford F150 system at Malmstrom AFB. Skidcar Systems Inc. is the sole authorized provider for this type of equipment. The conversion is deemed mission-critical for maintaining nuclear missile systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. The period of performance is 140 days from contract award. Delivery support for offloading will be requested 5 business days prior to the delivery date. The delivery address is Building 450, **** Flightline Drive, Malmstrom AFB MT, 59402. The delivery date will be provided 5 business days prior to the delivery date.

Bidders must submit emailed bids to ***@***. *. * prior to **** 11:59 PM CST. The RFX number (****) must be included in the subject line. Print all attachments. Unit prices must not exceed two digits to the right of the decimal point. Bidders must furnish descriptive literature with their bid. Delivery is Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (excluding holidays, weekends, or disaster times). Bidders must call **** or **** at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Louisiana or foreign LLCs/corporations must be registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State. Vendors are encouraged to use electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments. Vendor registration should be completed in LAPAC prior to bid submission. Funding may be unavailable for items not delivered by June 30, 2025. Bidders must notify the procurement section of any inability to supply. The Department of Transportation and Development reserves the right to reject bids that cannot make deliveries by June 30, 2025. All bid prices must be typed, written in ink, or submitted online. Bid prices include delivery F. O. B. destination. Bids containing payment in advance or C. O. D. requirements may be rejected. Payment is due within 30 days after receipt of invoice or delivery. Bids must conform to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations and specifications. Bidders must specify the brand and model number of the product offered. Bidders proposing an equivalent brand or model should submit descriptive literature, technical data. Bid prices must be firm for a minimum of 30 days. Vendors are responsible for including all applicable taxes in the bid price. All products must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging. Contract renewals may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions (total contract term cannot exceed 36 months). The State of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for various reasons, including misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of contract. Failure to deliver within the specified time constitutes a default. All contracts shall be construed in accordance with Louisiana law. Bidders must comply with civil rights laws and ADA accessibility requirements. Any individual with a 5% or more ownership interest convicted of a state or federal felony related to the solicitation or execution of a contract may be rejected. Bidders must comply with federal clauses, if applicable (antikickback, clean air, clean water, energy policy, antilobbying, and debarment). Corporations and LLCs must be in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State to hold a purchase order and/or contract over $25,000. Independent price determination is required.

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR part 13 using simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation is for new gaskets and fasteners, as identified in an attached Statement of Work (SOW). Responses are requested from qualified sources. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025 03 and the DFARS change notice 20241218. The RFQ number is n5005425q0289. The solicitation is posted on SAM and/or PIEe.

The government intends to negotiate with a single source for supplies or services related to **** nuts and washers. All interested parties can express their interest and capability within 30 days (if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) or 45 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. The government is not using FAR part 12 policies for acquisition of commercial items. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

This RFI seeks information from vendors regarding their capabilities to supply shipboard repair parts for electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) certified flexible conduit. Interested parties must submit their responses, including administrative and technical information, product specifications, certifications, lead times, price lists, and authorized distributors, within five days of the RFI release, no later than May 15, 2025. Responses should not exceed ten pages. The government will not be liable for any costs incurred by respondents. This is a request for information only and does not constitute a solicitation.
