Proposals must include information to enable the owner to thoroughly evaluate each architectengineering firm overall experience, expertise, qualifications and ability to deliver the architectengineering services in accordance with the requirements and obligations of this rfp and the agreement.

Any proposal not providing the required information, or not conforming to the format specified, may be disqualified on that basis.

The government intends to award a contract resulting from this rfq solicitation to the proposer responsible whose quote conforms to the solicitation and represents the most advantage to the government, and other factors considered: price professional licensing credentialing requirements listed on pws section 5. 1. 1 special qualifications listed on section 3. 2 of this rfq combined synopsis solicitation.

The medical provider selected must possess and maintain a valid, current, and unrestricted maryland state license. The contractor must have a minimum of three 3 years of experience as a medical provider working directly with military populations.

If a contract employee is found to perform unsatisfactorily or is deemed unfit for duty, they will be restricted from performing services.
