Deliveries will not be accepted after 14:30 local time. Trucks must gain access to the base prior to 14:30. Deliveries will not be accepted on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays unless specifically requested.

All invoices are Net 30 and submitted through WAWF. The contractor agrees to segregate costs incurred under this contract/task order to, as applicable, at the lowest level of performance, either at the sub line item number (SLIN) or CLIN level, rather than at the total contract/to level, and to submit invoices reflecting costs incurred at that level.

The government will award this procurement based on the best value, considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance.

Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 is required prior to award. Your companys commercial and government entity cage code.

Late quotes will not be considered.

The **** must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM. gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their cage codes data custodian POC to request access to CUI.

All vendors must be registered at https:sam. gov prior to submitting quotes. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take at least 10 15 days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an active status as the government cannot award an entity without an active SAM registration.
