The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders must submit a properly completed bid form, non-collusion certification, certification of no conflict of interest, Iranian divestment certification, prevention of sexual harassment certification, and a completed W9 form. Specialty subcontractor listings may be required.
Failure to deliver as specified may result in contract termination and disqualification from future contracts for at least two years. Bid security may be forfeited if a bidder fails to contract after acceptance.
