The contractor shall develop and maintain a quality control program that ensures refuse collection will be performed in accordance with these specifications.

In the event the contractor fails to correct a deficiency within the specified time frame, the national park service has the right to obtain performance of the deficient task from some other source or the inhouse work force. The cost of such performance, and any other additional cost incurred to the park service as a result of such actions, shall be charged to the contractor. In the alternative, the contract may be terminated upon ten days notice in discretion of the cor, if the deficiency is determined to warrant such action.
