Bidders must include a bid specification sheet, bid form signed, bid bond, and deviation sheet if applicable. Deliveries are to be made to all CPSO locations within 48 hours. The contract is for one year with an option to renew for four additional years. Preference is given to businesses with representatives physically located within Calcasieu Parish. All bid prices must include delivery fees. Bidders must have a local representative on call 24/7. Major oil brands accepted include Chevron, Citgo, ConocoPhillips, Texaco, ExxonMobil, Shell, BP, P66, and Total. No blended or second-line oil will be accepted. Awarded vendor must provide manufacturer's warranty. Bids not specifying brand and model number will be considered as offering the exact products specified. A demonstration of equipment may be required. Successful bidders must provide operation and maintenance manuals and perform or provide for all warranty work within Calcasieu Parish.
