Mattress Government Bids & RFPs

Delivery is required on or before October 31, 2026.

Payment will be made by EFT. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise checked. Payment requests and receiving reports are to be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation will be based on technical acceptability and price.

Offerors must be responsible and their offers must conform to the solicitation. Past performance will be reviewed for responsibility determination.

Quotes that fail to address all requirements or follow all instructions will be considered nonresponsive and ineligible for contract award. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the solicitation may result in the offeror being ineligible for award.

Estimated delivery time is FOB select: destination origin. Shipping cost should be included in the total quoted price. f. o. b. destination shall be quoted for supplies to be delivered within the united states unless there are valid reasons to the contrary.

The review will result in the selection of the offer that represents the best value to the government.

The quote shall provide sufficient detailed information which demonstrates their technical capability, including product characteristics, installation services, design capability.

Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.

Quotes must be received on or before August 28, 2026, at 12:00 p. m. Central Time.

Payment will be made monthly based on services received, with invoices submitted to FCC Butner, Attn: Accounting Department Financial Management Business Office.

The government will evaluate quotes for award purposes by adding the total price of all options to the total price of the base year requirement.

Contractors must have a thorough knowledge of medical bedding, be able to pass a drug screening and law enforcement background check, and comply with all federal and state policies and regulations.

Upon award, the selected vendor will be required to bring in products for review by FCC Butner clinical staff for evaluation.

Failure to complete SAM registration procedures may result in elimination from consideration for award. Failure to submit adequate technical information may result in the quote being determined technically unacceptable.

Delivery date of product shall be made before 09/30/2026.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, technical and price factors considered.

By submitting a quote, the quoter affirms that they are capable of performing and completing the work described in the solicitation.

Vendors simply providing general statements or paraphrasing/parroting the PWS in whole or in any part may result in a rating of unacceptable.
