The award will go to the quoter whose quote represents the best value to the government, considering technical capability, price, and past performance.

To be considered, a quote must be rated technically acceptable, meaning it meets all the specifications in attachment 1 sow.

Questions must be submitted to the 2d lt devon osullivan no later than friday, 14 august 2026, no later than time 10: 00 am cst.

Quotes submitted with incomplete contractor identification information, missing cage codes, unverified active sam registrations, or missing signatures may be determined nonresponsive and may receive no further consideration for award.

Manufacturers warranty

Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award.

Invoices shall be submitted in arrears: quarterly, semiannually, or other.

The contractor shall provide a standard commercial warranty for the mattress and pump system.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

All furniture products shall be manufactured, delivered, and received by the government no later than December 31, 2026.

Task orders will be evaluated on: 1. bill of materials with subtotals and tagged per mtr. 2. cut sheets with product details including dimensions and images for each line item to help identify special features highlighted in mtrs. 3. sustainability certification 4. rfq will be based on best value.

All offerors must meet the small business size standard of 500 employees for naics code **** institutional furniture manufacturing at the time of submission of quote and at the time of award.

pm shall perform onsite visit and assess area for any encumbrances loading dock, path of travel, electricaldata need locations, etc. that would be a potential delay to the project.

An offeror, who is not sam registered, or sba vet cert verified sdvosb concern at the date and time set for receipt of offers will have their offer rejected as nonresponsive and will not be considered for award.
