This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources for the Dentalez Titan 3 Straight Nose Cone System **** or equivalent. Evaluation will be based on the lowest priced quotation that meets all salient characteristics and requirements, is responsive, and responsible.
The delivery timeframe shall be 30 days ARO (After Receipt of Order).
The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, specifically the lowest priced quotation that meets all salient characteristics and any other stated requirements.
Offerors must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the solicitation and must be a business associated with NAICS code **** with a size standard of 1,000 employees. They must also be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
