Delivery shall be made FOB origin as soon as possible but not later than two hundred and seventy (270) days from the date of contract award.

Any penalties rendered to the contractor, as a direct result of being found non-compliance with AECA and ITAR, will be the responsibility of the contractor.

A factory warehouse visit may be conducted by the INL COR and/or delegated representatives to evaluate quality assurance, quality control, shipping control, and physical inspection of randomly selected finished items prior to shipping.

Failure to be in compliance with AECA and ITAR by the date planned for commencement of contract performance, as well as during the entire performance of work under this contract, may result in contract termination.

The base year lease period for the vehicles is from September 8, 2026, to September 7, 2027. Option periods follow annually thereafter.

Payment will be made by EFT. The contractor shall submit invoices monthly for satisfactorily completed work. Payment will be made by code is mentioned, but specific terms are not detailed.

The award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor that represents the best value to the government, by virtue of being the lowest price, technically acceptable quote.

Quoters must be responsive and responsible vendors. Quotes must include company name, address, POC and email, cage code, UEI number, TIN number and phone and fax numbers. Failure to follow directions will cause quotes to be unacceptable and deemed nonresponsive.

If the contractor cannot furnish an acceptable vehicle within the time limits, the government may deduct from the invoice amount or correct the defect or obtain a vehicle from another source and charge the contractor any excess costs.
