Bid due by: Monday, July 6, 2026 @11:00 am CST. All bids must be in MATA's possession by the deadline.

Conditional bids or those which take exception to the specifications, will be considered non responsive. Failure to include adequate documentation about the role of subcontractors in the project can lead to rejection.

Delivery of materials must be made in a flatbed trailer for forklift unloading, with 24-hour notice prior to delivery. The goods agreement specifies delivery to the City of Fort Collins, 625 Ninth Street, Fort Collins, CO ****, attention Rich Brewbaker, no later than a date to be specified in the agreement.

Suppliers must provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO **** or an acceptable alternate. First Article Testing (FAT) is required, which may be satisfied by submission of an approval letter of previously performed qualification testing.
