The 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Swank Movie Licensing USA for public performance site licenses for major motion pictures in base libraries. The contractor is responsible for annual Lenel software or operating system software license requirements. No government-furnished equipment, supplies, or services will be provided. All contract employees must be properly vetted through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and follow Eglin AFB access procedures. Employees must complete an Eglin affidavit and visit request, and submit these to the NAVSCOLEOD security office via the Safe Program, at least 10 business days before work performance. All contractor employees must obtain and display required employee passes. The contractor must submit an estimate of the number of personnel expected to implement the contract to the DGR prior to the performance start date. The government will issue badges without charge. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all departing contractor employees are outprocessed, including the return of government-issued identification badges. The contractor must comply with local command smoking policies and federal drug-free workplace requirements.
