The vendor must ensure that all deliverables and services are provided to the state by the date and time specified on the contract. If the vendor fails to provide the deliverables in accordance with the contract, the state may reject the delivery and terminate the contract without any termination charges or penalties.

Award evaluations will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable lpta criteria per dfars ****(a)(1).

Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturers item represented in this solicitation. If you desire to be considered as a potential source for award of this contract, proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer.

The entire movable compact shelving installation is warranted against defects in materials for five (5) years and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance by the owner. Engage an experienced installer who is a manufacturers authorized representative for the specified products for installing carriages and anchoring shelving units to carriages. Minimum qualifications: 2years experience installing systems of comparable size and complexity to specified project requirements. Guaranteed 24hour service response time.
